Disturbed sleep

I have been awakened by a strange sensation. I have experienced my first earthquake in the tower.

It was a very odd sensation. My bed did not shake as it did in the house. Rather, it swayed. It was much like the sensation of a gently swinging porch swing. I enjoy porch swings but I do not enjoy the sensation as I lay in my bed. Even Yuki seemed disturbed by it. She complained loudly as she punctured my shoulder with her claws.

Now Yuki and I will attempt to return to sleep. I wager she will find an easier time of it than I.
