A short break

I will have a break from school soon. Term is almost complete so I will enjoy summer with no demands; from students or professors. I hope to enjoy some of it with Lt and Little One but if it is only LO and me, so be it.

We have enjoyed Spring Festival. It seems the cherry blossoms look to the calendar to see the festival schedule because they began to bloom just days before. Now is the time the base is most beautiful.


It is not to say it is ugly at other times. It is quite lovely year round providing you look for the correct places. For instance, this picture is only from a few days ago. It is the approach to our tower apartment.
In a few weeks, the leaves will be full and this street will remain beautiful.

I hear some complain but I remind them it is a military base but you will find beauty if you look for it.
